During the contract period, we harness the expertise of top-tier industry professionals to secure high-quality financing. This phase also offers investors the opportunity to passively invest funds in the property.

7 Close on the Property

The escrow process is completed, and we have officially acquired ownership of the property.

8 Execute the Value-Add Strategy

Upon acquiring a property, we put our value-add business plan into action to enhance its appreciation. Simultaneously, investors receive cash flow disbursements. We ensure our investors are well-informed by providing regular reports and detailed asset information.

9 Exit the Deal with Maximized Returns

As part of our ongoing market evaluation, we assess the optimal exit strategy to maximize returns for our investors.
